Celebrity fitness trainer and wellness guru Autumn Calabrese has listed her “Zen” vacation home in Florida for $6.5 million—offering one lucky buyer the opportunity to snap up a custom “oasis” where they can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Calabrese, 44, from Cleveland, began her career as a dancer, before pivoting to health and wellness when an injury ended her hopes of pursuing professional dance.
In the years since, the influencer has built an enormous online following, drawing in 1 million followers on Instagram and close to 250,000 subscribers on YouTube with her diet tips, hormone health advice, and wellness guidance.
And nowhere is that healthy mindset better envisioned than inside the walls of her Weston, FL, home, which she purchased for $4.53 million in 2022 to use as a “home away from home,” eventually filling the property with all manner of unique amenities to create a tranquil sanctuary for her family.
“I worked really hard with my interior decorator when it came to the look and the feel. I wanted it to have that very relaxed, Zen feeling,” she tells Realtor.com®. “I also wanted it to feel like an oasis where I could relax, so all of the design is that really calming feeling.”

However, despite pouring her heart and soul into the design of the property, Calabrese has now opted to offer it up to a new owner after struggling to use the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom dwelling as regularly as she had hoped.
“I love the house so much and it is amazing, so it was a hard decision [to sell],” she explains. “I think ultimately it’s going to end up being an amazing home for a family, and they’re going to really get to enjoy it.”
The 9,000-square-foot home looks to be an Instagrammer’s dream thanks to the elegant white-and-beige decor, the crisp marble floors, and the enormous windows that flood the residence with natural light.
The property has already served as a backdrop for one of Calabrese’s own photo shoots—with one of its most unique features, a custom chandelier made out of “living moss,” taking center stage next to the fitness guru.
The house “is featured in my newest [workout] program, Belle Vitale. We actually shot the key art there in the living room with the beautiful moss chandeliers and everything,” Calabrese reveals.
“While it’s not featured in the workout, it is featured in a lot of the program materials. [For] the cover art, I’m sitting in the living room, so [you] could definitely see it there.”
The chandelier was designed by Plant the Future, the same company that designed similar pieces in the 1 Hotel on South Beach—and was inspired by Calabrese’s love of the venue’s interiors.

According to the trainer, it amplifies the home in a number of ways, even adding a fresh scent to the abode that she says cannot be rivaled.
“It’s preserved moss, so it’s actually living moss. It has just the most amazing, soft, subtle smell. It brings a touch of nature inside,” Calabrese reveals. “The 1 Hotel in Miami is one of my favorite hotels for that very calm, relaxing feeling, and I just knew I wanted some moss feature in this house.”
The chandelier conveys with the sale and doesn’t need any upkeep.
“No maintenance whatsoever. The biggest thing they tell me is to make sure during the peak sun hours, to keep the shades down in that room,” she explains. That helps to keep the color of the moss from fading.
The chandelier is not the only intriguing element that Calabrese added to the home when she bought it, however.
Built in 2019, the property did not require any major structural changes, so the influencer focused her energies on fitting the design and the aesthetic to her tastes—including her desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

With a chef’s kitchen, a saltwater pool, a large pantry, a gym, a sauna, and more, the home fits with Calabrese’s healthy lifestyle—but her love of hosting and spending time with family was also realized in the addition of a bar, an entertainment center, and built-in bunk beds.
“I added a lot of unique touches to the house. I added the built-in bar, the built-in entertainment center, the four built-in bunk beds,” she notes.
“Everything you see in the house is just an extension of the type of lifestyle I like to lead. I’m very aware of my surroundings and the amount of stress that it puts on my body.
“Even a cluttered house or an unorganized house can put added stress on you mentally, so the fact that the house is very put together, flows very nicely [with] calming colors brings that very Zen vibe to it.”
“I like the seamless connection from the inside to the out. I like the fact that is quite large and has so many different rooms that everybody would want,” says listing agent Rose Sklar, with Coldwell Banker Realty.
“When I walked in, the ceiling height is incredible, and the light within the home, you don’t even need to put the lights on, it’s so bright and airy. It just feels very Zen. It has that feeling that [Autumn] was looking for.”
