$42.5 Million Full-Floor Penthouse in New York’s Iconic Walker Tower Soars to the Top of Most Expensive Homes List
A $42.5 million, full-floor penthouse nestled atop New York‘s iconic Walker Tower has skyrocketed to the top of the week’s most expensive homes list after making a very imposing entry to the market.

But those who wish for more space rather than a sky-high setting would do well to look at some of the other extravagant abodes on offer this week.
Other pricey properties include a ski-in/ski-out chalet in Colorado, an 88-acre equestrian estate in Texas, and an Arizona desert oasis slated to be complete next month—each of which are priced at more than $20 million.
