‘Ballerina Farm’ Influencer Hannah Neeleman and Her Husband Leave Utah and Move to Ireland With All 8 Kids

“Ballerina Farm” influencer Hannah Neeleman and her enormous brood have ditched their now-infamous Utah property in order to relocate to Ireland for what the online star has described as a “very big adventure.”
The mother of eight, known as Ballerina Farm on TikTok, is a Juilliard-trained ballerina who quit her life and professional dancing career in New York City to focus on building a life with her husband, Daniel, the son of an aviation mogul who founded JetBlue.
After ditching the Big Apple, Hannah, 34, and Daniel, 35, moved back to her home state of Utah and began showing off the rural farm life online, where she soon became known as the ultimate mom-fluencer—even earning a fair few comparisons to the viral “trad wives” thanks to her traditional homemaking lifestyle.
Hannah documented the many highs and lows that come with balancing the rigors of life on a working farm with her role as a mother to eight children and her successful online business and pageant career.
However, the more she shared her life, the more her following grew, amassing close to 10 million followers on TikTok alone by the end of 2024.

Her candid nature, which saw her lifting the lid on her busy lifestyle, gained her the praise of many, with multiple viewers regularly questioning how she appeared to be able to “do it all.”
Now, the social media phenom has once again left her followers stunned after revealing that she, Daniel, and their children have all quit their Utah property (temporarily) in order to relocate to rural Ireland, where she and her husband are taking part in a cookery course.
Hannah shared the shocking news with her followers in a series of TikToks, describing the next chapter of her life as a “big adventure.”
In a viral video, which has so far amassed over 2.7 million views, Hannah and Daniel were seen changing out of their farm attire and into a chef’s uniform as they prepared to begin their training at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork.
The mom captioned the clip: “Daniel and I moved the gang across the pond for the next little while to attend Chef school. First day of school for mom and dad.”
Hannah also documented her move from the States to Ireland on her social media channel, revealing that she and Daniel even flew with JetBlue for part of their journey.
In another video, she explained: “We will be away for some time, which means there has been a lot of packing and organizing to keep things running at the farm while we’re away.”
The mom of eight noted that she and Daniel would be returning to Utah after they finish their studies at the culinary school, which is about three hours outside of Dublin.

According to its website, the Ballymaloe Cookery School is “the only cookery school in the world situated on our own extensive, organically certified farm.” Students learn how to “work in harmony with the landscape around them” in their classes.
Hannah and Daniel celebrated their first day of school on Jan. 9, where they made Quiche Lorraine and jam.
“Only a few days in, and culinary school is teaching me and inspiring me tremendously. I love creating beautiful food with beautiful ingredients—loving it,” she said in one video.
Although it is unclear just how long the family will be away from their beloved farm, the culinary school offers one-week, five-week and 12-week courses.
Hannah and Daniel’s Kamas, UT, 328-acre farmstead boasts an extremely bare bones design, and she often shocks viewers with the family’s minimalist lifestyle.
One thing a number of viewers have picked up on in Hannah’s videos is the centerpiece of her kitchen: an Aga range that retails for up to $34,000.
Designer Malak Bellajdel, of Interior Moderna, previously told Realtor.com® the vibe of her kitchen is much more about the way the furniture is laid out than anything else.
“It’s not just about how it looks, but the slower lifestyle it represents,” said Bellajdel. “Centering the kitchen around the stove is about prioritizing socializing and shared meals. If you want to recreate this, try having an island that faces the stove and open shelving that has frequently used items within reach.”

He also revealed that the social media star doesn’t like to draw attention to her home, with even her walls being empty.
“Her wall decor works because it’s simple but interesting. It adds some character without making the space feel cluttered. To get a similar look, try finding pieces with clean lines that tell a story—like a vintage farm tool or a large black-and-white photo,” Bellajdel said.
In addition to minimalist decor, Hannah’s home also features wood accents and vintage pieces that make it even more enviable.
Bellajdel added: “The vintage pieces Hannah uses add soul to the space. They prevent the farmhouse look from feeling too new. Look for vintage pieces that show their age, things that look like they’ve been used and loved.”
Hannah and Daniel’s surprising move comes months after the couple was at the center of controversy when The Times published an article critiquing their marriage.
Times reporter Megan Agnew visited the family’s farm and claimed that Hannah cared for their entire brood because “Daniel didn’t want nannies in the house.”

She further revealed that Daniel told her Hannah often becomes “so ill from exhaustion that she can’t get out of bed for a week.”
The story sparked outrage as some readers questioned the state of Hannah’s well-being, ultimately causing the social media star to speak out.
In a video following the article, she revealed: “A couple of weeks ago, we had a reporter come into our home to learn more about our family and business. We thought the interview went really well, very similar to the dozens of interviews we had done in recent memory.
“We were taken back, however, when we saw the printed article, which shocked us and shocked the world by being an attack on our family and my marriage, portraying me as oppressed with my husband being the culprit. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
“Together we have built a business from scratch, we have brought eight children into this world, and have prioritized our marriage all along the way.”
